OUTMemphis is partnering with Shower Up, a mobile shower organization that provides clean, private, hot showers to anyone that wants one! Right now in Memphis, thousands of people don’t have access to something as simple and essential as a private, clean, hot shower. ShowerUp provides mobile shower units and hygiene support to help meet that need. When someone feels clean, supported, and cared for, it can be the first step towards positive change. This is a recurring volunteer opportunity every Friday, and we’re inviting our community to come together to help make it possible by: • Assisting with light clean-up • Passing out hygiene items • Welcoming guests and helping with sign-in Join us in creating a space where everyone feels dignity, safety, and belonging!
